Seth Kirschbaum

Seth Kirschbaum is a partner with over fifteen years of experience in trial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Seth was appointed an Assistant Corporation Counsel for The City of New York where he successfully defended City hospitals and physicians in all types of cases involving claims of medical malpractice. While working for the City he also tried personal injury cases throughout the five boroughs involving issues of general liability. Upon leaving the Corporation Counsel's Office, he worked at a law firm in Manhattan where he specialized in nursing home litigation and the intricate state and federal laws and regulations applicable to nursing homes. Thereafter, Mr. Kirschbaum came to our firm where he defends physicians, hospitals, dentists and nursing homes from inception through trial. Mr. Kirschbaum also defends physicians and dentists charged with professional misconduct before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and the Office of Professional Discipline. Mr. Kirschbaum has special expertise in cases involving allegations of transmission of infectious disease in medical and dental settings.
