As a litigation attorney for over 27 years, Mr. Marino has defended doctors, hospitals, universities, school districts, municipalities, fire districts, law enforcement entities, and property owners in courts throughout the New York metropolitan area. He has handled matters from intake through trial and has authored and argued over 95 appeals. He has tried cases to verdict in the courts within the City of New York and Long Island and has argued cases in the Appellate Courts of the State of New York that have resulted in novel law in the areas of Labor Law, Insurance Law, and Legal Malpractice.

Mr. Marino joined Fumuso Christesen LLP as an associate attorney in 2018 specializing in the medical and dental malpractice, and general liability litigation.
