Brian Lockhart joined Fumuso Christesen LLP in 2023 as an associate attorney with over 20 years of experience in civil litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian was practicing on the plaintiff side for various plaintiff’s firms for
many years. He specializes in various areas including, personal injury, medical malpractice, hospital,
and nursing home litigation. He has been involved in all phases of litigation from inception of the case
through trial verdict, including discovery, depositions, motions, trial and appellate practice.
