In July 2008, Alan J. Fumuso received a “Continuing Legal Excellence” Award from OMS National Insurance Company, the national insurer for Oral Surgeons. The award was presented at a Defense Counsel Seminar in Chicago, and was only given to a limited number of attorneys on their national panel.
