In November 2007, James F. Farrell, Jr. was a participating faculty member at the Bar Association of Suffolk County located in Hauppauge, New York. His presentation was part of a series of lectures focusing upon Motion Practice and was entitled “Laxness Dismissals, Statutes and Cases.”
