Alan J. Fumuso has been chosen as a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyer Magazine. To receive this distinction an attorney has to be nominated by his peers, and then go through a screening process by the magazine editors. Only 5% of lawyers practicing in New York achieve this designation. Mr. Fumuso will be featured in the September issue of the magazine, and an October issue of the Sunday New York Times.
